These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and the people who use the account) and Aurax Technologies, Emerald One, B-246, Jetalpur Road, beside Gujarat Kidney Hospital, Anand Nagar, Haripura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007 (“we”, “us”), for the use of StockSetu (the “Service”). By creating an account or paying for a package you accept these terms.
1. The Service
StockSetu is online software for billing, stock, purchase, accounts, GST returns and Tally sync, used through a web browser. Some features need the StockSetu Connector on your Tally PC, a WhatsApp Business account, or an internet connection on your device. Features in each package are listed on the pricing page.
2. Your account
- Give correct details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep passwords private. You are responsible for what your users do in your account.
- The person who signs up is the owner of the account and can add or remove users.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the account pauses after a 3-day grace period until you choose a package. Your data is kept as described in the privacy policy.
4. Packages and payment
- Packages are paid in advance for one month or one year, in Indian Rupees, plus GST at the applicable rate.
- Payment is taken through Razorpay. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit; you renew when you choose.
- A package starts when payment is confirmed. Changing package starts the new one the same day; unused days of the old package are added as extra days of the new one.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. A period already paid for is not affected.
- Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Your data
All business data you put into the Service remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You can download it at any time while your account is active or within 90 days after it ends.
6. Your responsibilities
- Invoices, GST returns, TDS and books produced with StockSetu are your responsibility. Check them before you file or send them; the Service helps you prepare them but does not replace your CA.
- Check what bill scanning reads before you save. Scanned values can be wrong if the photo is unclear.
- Keep your own backup of Tally. The Connector creates and changes vouchers in Tally only as set by you.
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to access other customers’ data or break its security.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available all day, every day, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Support is by phone, WhatsApp and email.
8. Third-party services
Tally, WhatsApp, Razorpay, the GST portal and AI providers are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their availability or changes they make. Tally, TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; StockSetu is not made by or affiliated with Tally Solutions.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or penalties and interest arising from returns or documents you file. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Service at any time by not renewing. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used to cause harm, with notice where possible.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you.
