StockSetu is online software. Nothing is shipped by courier or post.
How the service is delivered
- Free trial: your account opens immediately after sign-up and email confirmation.
- Paid package: it is switched on instantly when Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You see the new end date in My package, and a payment email with the invoice is sent to you.
- Tally Connector: downloaded from inside StockSetu after you sign in.
If the package does not start
If money was taken but the package is not active within 2 hours, contact us at support@auraxtechnologies.com or +91 9998831126 with the Razorpay payment ID. We switch it on the same working day, or refund the amount in full.
