Payment questions
How do I pay?
Inside StockSetu, open My package and pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. The package starts the moment payment is done.
Is there auto-debit?
No. Each payment is for one month or one year. You see a reminder inside StockSetu a week before it ends, and you renew when you want.
Can I change package later?
Yes, any time. The new package starts the same day, and the unused days of your old package are added as extra days.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Download it from My package.
What if I want to stop?
Just don’t renew. Download your data any time in Excel. See the refund and cancellation policy.
